Long Weekend Camps for Hawaii's Junior Surfers Many young surfers dream of spending time on the North Shore of Oahu, but the cost of travel, accommodation, and car rental can be overwhelming for families from the outer islands. Our weekend camps offer an affordable alternative, providing a comprehensive surf training experience that promises to improve performance both in and out of the water. This is the perfect opportunity for young surfers to get top-tier training with renowned coach Kahea Hart. Guest pros like Billy Kemper Barron Mamiya, Moana Jones, Noah Beschen, Kainehe Hunt and more will join the training sessions. Camp Highlights: Daily Surf Sessions: 2-3 surf sessions each day Video Analysis: Improve technique with professional video sessions Carveboarding: Enhance balance and land skills Muscle Balance Training: Specialized workouts for surfers Foundation Training: Core strength and flexibility exercises XPT Performance Breathing: Advanced breathing techniques to improve performance in and out of the water Meals and Snacks: Three nutritious meals per day plus snacks Accommodations: Comfortable lodging for all campers at coach Kahea's North Shore house Airport Transfers: Convenient transfers to and from the airport Special Guest Pros: Learn from local and visiting professional surfers and guest instructors These camps are tailored for competitive surfers at intermediate and advanced levels, aged 9 to 18, with a maximum of 8 surfers (minimum 5) to ensure personalized attention. Prerequisites: Ability to catch and ride waves independently Proficiency in ocean swimming (500m) Bring USB drive required for video clips Flights should arrive at 10:00 AM and depart at 4:00 PM for a seamless experience.
