Our weekend camps offer an affordable alternative, providing a comprehensive surf training experience that promises to improve performance both in and out of the water. This is the perfect opportunity for young surfers to get top-tier training before the professional surfing season kicks off with the WSL HAWAII events. Camp Highlights: Daily Surf Sessions: 2-3 surf sessions each day Video Analysis: Improve technique with professional video sessions Carveboarding: Enhance balance and land skills Muscle Balance Training: Specialized workouts for surfers Foundation Training: Core strength and flexibility exercises XPT Performance Breathing: Advanced breathing techniques to improve performance in and out of the water Meals and Snacks: Three nutritious meals per day plus snacks Accommodations: Comfortable lodging for all campers at coach Kahea's North Shore house Airport Transfers: Convenient transfers to and from the airport Special Guest Pros: Learn from local and visiting professional surfers and guest instructors These camps are tailored for competitive surfers at intermediate and advanced levels, aged 9 to 18, with a maximum of 8 surfers (minimum 5) to ensure personalized attention.
